Designed to give patients easy access to information, users simply log-on to their personal portal to request appointments; fill out necessary paperwork; request prescription refills; pay your bills; and access medical record information from any computer terminal. To get started, simply click on create an account link and follow the prompts to designate your unique user id and password.
